Some travel will be required for marketing events and to conduct closings as needed.
This is a full-time, or nearly full-time position.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Be actively involved with the Real Estate Closing Team.
Prepare closing statements and perform residential closings.
Work closely with realtors, lenders and sellers/buyers.
Market the company's services to prospective customers by providing exceptional customer service.
Attend networking events and call on both potential and existing customers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Real estate, lending and/or accounting background with direct customer contact is a plus.
Complete training and support is provided.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability, and an ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Self-starter; ability to work independently Strong customer service, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
