We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Medical Receptionist for our Weston Location.
This position plays a key role in providing exceptional service to our patients by effectively managing a high customer flow environment and ensuring the utmost positive experience for all patients as they enter our clinic.

Full-time, Monday -Friday, no Holidays or weekends! We would consider flexibility with the schedule between 32-40 hours.
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule and confirm appointments using medical scheduling software - Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details - Answer phone calls for all locations, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members - Assist with patient registration and intake processes - Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations - Assist on scheduling referrals and making reminder phone calls for all locations - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Manage patient flow and ensure efficient operation of the front desk area - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient care transitions Receptionist Knowledge & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred -Independent problem solving ability - Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Willing to cross-train in patient care would be beneficial Note:
