Responsibilities:
Handles customer calls inbound/outbound Work with sales staff to complete day-to-day maintenance on accounts Assist in taking and entering customer orders Resolving issues with customer orders/shipments Handles technical questions from customers regarding Precision products (part fitment, proper vehicle application ID, etc.
) Filing complaint logs Receiving and sending email using Microsoft Outlook Prepare and analyze data using Microsoft Excel Prepare documents using Microsoft Word Update customer files as needed Communicate with distribution, sales, and home office Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism High School diploma or equivalent General automotive understanding Excellent written and verbal skills both internal and external Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Work well in a team environment and independently, or as Management sees fit Candidate needs to have problem solving skills and willingness to adapt Possible floating position, helping in warehouse activities such as order picking, making kits, receiving, etc.
Ability to use multi-line phone system to receive, place and transfer calls Job Type:
