This position is responsible for the training & supervising of our cleaning team, performing quality checks in client homes, employee & client retention, cleaning client homes as needed, and acting as a liaison between management, our cleaning team, and clients.
It is an office-based job, but the majority of the time is spent in the field.
Responsibilities - Oversee all aspects of quality assurance - Oversee all client and employee relations - Oversee all aspects of training and supervision of 12 to 16 team members - Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Possess good problem solving & multi-tasking skills - Possess strong customer service skills with good follow-up - Possess good organizational skills - Possess the ability to detail clean residential homes - Possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude Benefits - No nights, No weekends, No holidays - Weekly Pay - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Simple IRA option with Employer Match - Health Insurance Allowance (available after ninety days of continuous employment) Requirements - Available Monday - Friday, 7:
