$19 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees.
Conduct new employee orientation.
Assist in development, implementation and improvement of personnel policies and procedures.
Assist in compliance with labor laws.
Support management team in performance review process.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Assist in managing and/or administering employee benefit programs.
Assist in processing payroll.
Administration of company insurance plans.
Greeting walk-in customers and answering phones.
Assist in organizing employee meeting and events.
Qualifications:
Minimum
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Teams).
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Strong organization and analytical skills.
Superb attention to detail and accuracy.
Mathematical skills, including arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Human Resources.
Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization.
Related college coursework and/or associate degree in a related field.
