General
Summary:

The Sales Systems Support Assistant will work as part of a small team to manage SAP customer master data, troubleshoot sales or order processing issues, and assist in the processing of sales related data in SAP as well as other interfacing sales systems as necessary in an accurate and timely manner.
This work will span across the different sales channels and trademarks that are managed under the Greenheck Group umbrella.
This is a great development opportunity for someone to learn abuot the sales side of SAP.

Principal Duties &
Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain all customer and salesperson accounts in SAP
  • Assist sales with creation, troubleshooting or processing of credit/debit memos, and additional bills in SAP
  • Monitor/process any ship date changes, carrier changes or Sales Admin Messages for Rep Net updates
  • Create and process miscellaneous shipment orders as required
  • Troubleshoot and process requests for resending of acknowledgements or invoices
  • Manage salesperson with ID# discrepancies between sales systems and update transactional data to ensure acknowledgements
  • Assist with the process of Ship To address changes and communicate appropriate information to shipping
  • Update SAP with Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS) and Country of Origin (COO) Codes on international orders with miscellaneous product line items for Compliance team
  • Monitor the DOE and GECs to troubleshoot and communicate DOE processing issues with appropriate business units for resolution
  • Manage daily reporting in multiple systems to identify and correct errors to prevent delays to production and shipping
  • Manage the RGA Scraping procedure to ensure proper invoicing to customers
  • Process Sold to changes to ensure proper reporting through different distribution channels

Job
Qualifications:

  • A two-year college degree in Business or IT-related field preferred but not required
  • Previous Order Processing or Sales experience is desired but is not mandatory.
  • The ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to programs is required.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Proficient experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
    )
  • Experience with SAP, CAPS, Order Explorer and/or Docuware is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
