Greenheck is currently accepting applications for full time production positions ONLY from individuals who successfully complete the Move to Manufacturing program. Production Position Overview:
Our production facilities in Schofield is a proud union shop that offers growth and development opportunities within the company. Shifts offered for this position are 2nd shift and 3rd shift with pay rates beginnning at $18.56 per hour including shift differential. All our facilities offer a safe and clean work environment, top notch training, steady work hours and voluntary overtime.
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited too:
- Assembling products
- Material Handling
- Building Pallets
- Operating Machinery
- Comply with Safety Regulations
Required Position
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and self directed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn in a fast pace environment
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A stable work history within manufacturing, farming or other mechanically inclined fields
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Knowledge and comfort with handling basic hand tools
- Experience reading blue prints
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weight 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass the required pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical
- Completion of Move to Manufacturing program
Preferred Position Qualifications
- Prior experience in machining or a related field
- Prior forklift experience

Greenheck has partnered with NTC and select area manufacturers to offer a free training opportunity. You do not have to be unemployed or quit your current job to sign up for this opportunity. This training is designed to help you learn the skills and knowledge needed for employment in manufacturing. Training involves an 8 hour online course with a 20 hour workshop that follows. If hired by a participating company, you will be eligible for a $250 sign on bonus with an additional $250 bonus after 90 days of employment.
