Production Position Overview:


Our production facilities in Schofield is a proud union shop that offers growth and development opportunities within the company. Shifts offered for this position are 2nd shift and 3rd shift with pay rates beginnning at $18.56 per hour including shift differential. All our facilities offer a safe and clean work environment, top notch training, steady work hours and voluntary overtime.



The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited too:


  • Assembling products
  • Material Handling
  • Building Pallets
  • Operating Machinery
  • Comply with Safety Regulations


Required Position
Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated and self directed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn in a fast pace environment
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A stable work history within manufacturing, farming or other mechanically inclined fields
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Knowledge and comfort with handling basic hand tools
  • Experience reading blue prints
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weight 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass the required pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical
  • Completion of Move to Manufacturing program


Preferred Position Qualifications


  • Prior experience in machining or a related field
  • Prior forklift experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
